James has been working with people holistically for two decades. He has spent many years teaching people to feel more at ease in their own bodies and environment through an array of disciplines, from hedgerow herbalism and edible plants to woodland skills such as animal tracking and traditional skills. His longtime interest in the human ability to self-heal was influenced from an early age by his paternal grandmother, who was also an alternative health practitioner.
James received his diploma in craniosacral therapy from Paul Vick at Resonance Training and is a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association; he specialises in the biodynamic approach to craniosacral therapy. He has treated a range of patients and conditions, from babies with colic and sleep issues to clients with anxiety, migraines, back pain, sciatica and so on. He is continually amazed by the effectiveness of craniosacral therapy and believes that small changes can make a huge positive impact on a person’s life.
James resides in a sleepy Cotswold village with his family and enjoys the countryside and nature around him, exploring many aspects of fitness, health and happiness.
